If you recommend someone you know to our services by getting in touch directly and we successfully place them in a permanent position or 35 hours + continuous temporary work, you’ll receive vouchers worth up to £100

Terms and conditions

• The scheme excludes candidates already registered with Cobham Consulting
• For permanent placements, the reward will only be made once the candidate has surpassed the rebate period
• For temporary positions the reward will be made once the candidate has stayed in continious work for 35 hours
• The value of the voucher will depend on the means of work *please see reward scale
• The reward value is offered in the form of gift vouchers. No monetary alternative is available
• The recommendee will be invited to request a voucher from a retailer, product or service of their choosing. We do not guarenteee that it will meet this request and may issue a voucher we deem appropiate.
• Cobham Consulting will not be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers – nor the validity of vouchers, refusal of acceptance or poor service on the part of the vendor
• Referrals must be made to Cobham Consulting before registration of the referred candidate and referrals made at a later stage shall not be valid
• To qualify for the reward your referee must be placed within 12 months of their registration
• Cobham Consulting reserves the right to withdraw rewards or offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time
• You agree to refund on demand (without any time limit) any reward where you are found to be in breach of these terms.
