“The tour was fascinating” said Caroline Jones – Director, Cobham Consulting. “Seeing the production line, finding out about how the staff are trained and its ability to grow when needed during busy times. We got a chance to parcel up and to experience what it would be like to pick items from the shelves and to see the processes they use to make this as fast as possible. My personal favourite was the machines that rejected items without stickers, just like Willy Wonka and the bad eggs!”
Within the community - Last week, Caroline organised for Richard Boyle from Henkel to talk to students in year 12 at JFK School about Henkel and his experiences.
Then on Friday, Caroline was at Aubrey Park Hotel with fellow Hemel Hempstead Ambassadors meeting with fantastic students who are attending Longdean School who had the opportunity to speak to employers about their career paths and also get the employers thoughts on their ideas and plans.
