We are in very unpredictable times at the moment and since Monday we have seen a rush of redundancies.  As a trained level 6 Careers Guidance Advisor (certificate pending). I would like to help individuals, as well as companies support their staff during this time and help to make this as quick and painless for both employer and employee.

 

About Me

I am a trained level 6 Careers Guidance Advisor with experience working across lots of different sectors. I have successfully completed a contract working with the Job Centre supplying career management to groups and individuals.

 

I have supported 100’s of candidates into roles, assisting with CVs and interview tips. I am also experienced at helping individuals find their next course, job or support with becoming self-employed.

 

As well as running a recruitment business in Berkhamsted for over 20 years, I have worked with hundreds of local employees, so I have lots of links to businesses.

 

Sessions

I am very happy to offer 1-2-1 training via WhatsApp to support employees who are being made redundant during this time.

I can offer a condensed session which would be £75.00 + VAT for an hour and would cover the below.

Additionally, I have produced for previous employees a program to suit the individual and their requirements and very happy to discuss your requirements
