Part-time Administration Manager

Hours: 9.00am – 3.00pm
Salary: £10.00 per hour

External Relationships

  • Manage relationships with operator partners to agree promotional allocation and specific customer requirements
  • Handle new business enquiries from prospective operators and follow-up activities including meeting, contracting and induction
  • Deal with customer correspondence, complaints and queries via email
  • Key point of contact with newspapers prior to and during promotions – sourcing images, selecting customer comments and proofing copy

Internal Relationships

  • Work collaboratively with all areas of the business
  • Liaise with Marketing, Account Manager and Customer Services


  • Carry out a broad range of administrative activities throughout the business
  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to customer feedback
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment; oversee office maintenance and arrange necessary repairs
  • Manage office budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting of petty cash and credit card expenditure
  • Liaise with facility suppliers - cleaning, utilities, etc. and process their invoices for payment
  • Support social media activities
  • Maintain the office diary
  • Plan in-house and off-site activities, such as meetings, conferences & Christmas party

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrator
  • Good team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Well organized self-starter with effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and proof-reading skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
