Our client based in Hemel Hempstead Is looking for an experienced Technical Customer Service Manager to join their rapidly growing team. They pride themselves on providing excellent customer service, the successful candidate must be self-motivated and ready to run the service department to ensure the highest level of support is given to their clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the customer service team to deliver the best possible customer service
  • Develop processes and procedures to improve the customer service journey
  • Overseeing and coordinating the day to day activities of the customer service department, ensuring service delivery target response times and quality standards are met consistently
  • Assist the sales team to support pre-sales, and after-sales management activities
  • Implementing plans to drive improvement in line with changing business and customer needs

  • Competent MS office user
  • Exposure to B2B customer service
  • Technical experience in the broadcast industry
